Following Jane Austen’s steps in Bath

“It is a truth universally aknowledged that…” So begins one of my favourite novels of all time and it’s the famous quote that I have altered a bit to open my first guest post since this blog was born. Jane Austen‘s novels have been in my life for years and still today I admire her quick wit and depictions of society beyond your imagination… I guess that’s why when I got asked to write a post for Home Exchange’s international blog linking literature and travel I couldn’t resist the temptation.

This post, written in English, was published yesterday and talks about the bond between Jane Austen and Bath, a gorgeous city that is mentioned in each and every one of her six novels. You can read it here… or by clicking on the image below… If I manage to awake your curiosity towards Bath and Austen’s novels, I’ll be more than happy 🙂
